Do I need a patch test before a colour appointment?

Yes. All colour services require a skin patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It takes two minutes in the salon and is a legal safety requirement, so please pop in ahead of your booking if you're new to us or haven't been coloured with us for six months.

Do you have parking and step-free access?

There is free parking right outside the salon in the Neighbourhood Centre car park on Culliford Crescent, and the salon entrance is on ground level. If you need extra assistance or a quieter appointment time, tell us when you book and we'll arrange it.

Are you open late or early for people who work full time?

Yes. We're open until 7:30pm on Fridays and from 8:30am on Saturdays, plus until 6:00pm on Thursdays, so you can get your hair done in Poole outside normal working hours. Call 01202 604420 to check the next late appointment.
